Unfortunately, the purchased piece of furniture was not yet ready when we picked it up. I had to wait 40 minutes. During this time, however, I was able to have free drinks and the employee kept me up to date on everything. When I handed it over I noticed that two scratches on the top plate were clearly visible. The technician present replaced the plate immediately. All in all I was satisfied.

Pickup went smoothly. The only thing I'm not so happy about is the fact that when you buy it you agree to pick it up in 14 days at the earliest. The piece will certainly not have been available until day x. I think it's unfortunate that delivery is so inflexible.

Very nice local shop and nice sellers. I ordered the shelf from the photo online. I was able to pick it up on site after the agreed appointment. Everything went great and problem-free. The goods were in very good condition. Everything perfect. There was delicious coffee in the on-site shop and there is also a customer toilet available here. I would definitely shop here again.

Impressive sales room. We were advised by a very friendly and helpful young woman. The desk was packaged very well and made available to us on time for collection. The furniture exhibition is very inspiring, we will be back.
